About the previous site at this address

If you followed an old link here looking for courses, this page explains what happened.

The course platform has been removed

This domain previously carried a marketing school with paid courses. Its owner has replaced the site, and every old address now returns a "gone" response — including the enrolment, cart and checkout pages.

That last part is deliberate. A purchase page that still loads but no longer works is worse than one that is plainly gone.

If you bought a course

Your access is not managed here and never was: the courses were hosted on a third-party learning platform. Check your original confirmation email for the login address, or contact the owner directly.

What this site is now

A collection of notes on digital employee experience: measuring the friction people encounter in their working technology, and what to do about it.

It has no connection to the previous material.
